Prayer Requests
It is said in the sutras that, due to their particular vows of pure conduct, the prayers of the novice monastic sangha are 100 times more powerful than those of the Buddha’s lay followers, while prayers made by the fully ordained monastics are 100 times more powerful than that.
The Pema Chöling monastic community will gladly dedicate in a timely way the merit of specific rituals to whatever is requested, including the pacification of illness, protection from fear, increase of life force and material circumstances, and the auspicious transition of those who have passed away. Please fill out the form below, and you will be notified when you or your loved ones have been the recipients of the monastics’ prayerful intent. If you are making a request for someone who has passed away in the last 49 days, please include a photo that will be used in that particular ritual.
